9. Subscription Plans and Database Storage
Our Donor Management System offers different subscription plans with varying features and storage limits:
- Professional Plan: Includes 512 MB of database storage. This plan is designed for small to medium-sized organizations.
- Enterprise Plan: Includes unlimited database storage. This plan is designed for large organizations with extensive data requirements.
Database storage limits are enforced per subscription plan. If you exceed your plan's storage limit, you may need to upgrade to a higher plan or contact support for additional storage options.
10. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to:
- Provide accurate payment information
- Authorize Dura Mater Technologies to charge your payment method for the selected subscription plan
- Understand that all transactions are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy
11. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions will automatically renew based on your selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing cycle.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the service until that time.
12. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to our refund policy. Generally:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval
- Partial refunds may be provided for unused portions of annual subscriptions
- Refunds are not available for services that have been used extensively or for custom enterprise solutions
